"The account (won't put my email here but it gives the right address) isn't associated with this Office product. (Unless you can have multiple accounts to the same email?)
I know it's the right account that I used last time since the expired version is still logged in to it. Meanwhile in Word the redeem online box is ticked as completed. "Office isn’t associated with this account." Comes up. In programmes in control panel it is listed as Office 365. It's a hard copy thing like a credit card not bought online.

I've got a re-activation code for Office 365, the enter product key box accepts it (are they interchangeable/the same thing?). (2013 version of things like word, publisher etc) It's a home usage one not a corporate one.
